It was best base for travelling to Ostuni, I was glad to stay there. The employees at the hotel were very very nice. The check-in was hassle-free and the atmosphere was QUIET overall. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. Loved my stay, didn't feel like leaving.

The room was very pretty and spacious and included coffee and a kitchen area. The staff were very very nice and helpful in the whole hotel. It had a magnificent and lovely location - near Ostuni Cathedral.

Beautiful but noisy bathroom fan

The room I stayed in was fine and spacious, with a jacuzzi that almost seemed like a swimming pool! The staff was quick to resolve an issue with the jacuzzi water temperature, showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. Breakfast was good, served in a cozy and lovely room. I appreciated the fantastic city view from my room.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite noisy at night, which disrupted my sleep.

Arriving late posed a challenge as navigating to the building was not straightforward, particularly with the absence of clear self-check-in instructions. The breakfast situation was misleading. Promised dining options were unavailable, forcing a walk for coffee and pastries instead. The steep, narrow stairs can be daunting, especially with luggage, detracting from the comfort of the stay. Not to mention, some amenities like the coffee machine were out of order, which dampened the experience.

Well-furnished suite with a fantastic bed. The peaceful location enabled easy exploration of the historic core, just a short stroll away. Breakfast offered a good assortment, starring fresh big salads. Navigating the self check-in process felt cumbersome, and, at times, the noise from nearby fans interrupted the tranquility. The absence of in-room tea options was disappointing.

I enjoyed the spacious Beautiful Junior Suite. The beds were very comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The rooms looked great, and I appreciated the nice decor. Breakfast had delicious options, and it was pleasant to start my day with a good meal. The self check-in instructions were somewhat confusing, specifically locating the apartment and figuring out how breakfast worked. I also noticed a bad smell coming from the bathroom, likely due to the low season travel. It would have been helpful to have better communication regarding breakfast arrangements, but overall, my stay had its highlights despite these minor setbacks.

The staff's assistance was really good. They helped us with car hire. And the in-room breakfast was good. The room had a nice jacuzzi.

Charming boutique hotel with rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. Great access to attractions. Excellent breakfast options.

The hotel is very close to the old town center. The rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed lounging on the lovely rooftop terrace with lovely views of the city.

We had some confusion with the self check-in process, a bit challenging at first.

Staying here was a treat, especially with the rooftop hot tub offering a fantastic view. The chic decor and comfortable bed in the Junior Suite provided a perfect place to relax after exploring the charming streets nearby. I particularly enjoyed indulging in the delightful breakfast options at the separate building, which added a nice touch to the morning routine. A word of caution, be prepared for steep stairs if your room is on the upper floor, as it can be a bit tough with heavy luggage.
